Day 9 - The cheat list gets worse

Day 9
Breakfast : roti gandum 2 lembar, telur orak arik
Lunch : Beef teriyaki - Kentang - Brokoli
Dinner : Pepaya
Sins : segenggam kripik singkong, 4 keping cracker, segigit bakwan jagung

Exercise : yoga 1 hour
